Fruits of vitamin D
Fruits are not the best source of vitamin D, which is found primarily in fatty fish and egg yolks, beef liver, fortified dairy products and sunlight. However, some fortified foods (some brands of orange juice, for example) might contain added vitamin D.
If anyone tries to have their vitamin D intake through fruits, then they have to specifically find those fruits which are fortified with vitamin D; because most of the people would rather find effective ways to consume vitamin D from any other foods or get it from sun.
